Some of the best customer service I have ever had. My new cart had some issues when I first received it. We worked together to try and trouble shoot but wasn't able to fix. They ended up sending towing truck with a new golf cart incase they couldn't fix the issue. Now that is 10 star service! Thank you Extraordinary cart crew!.

EGC has been GREAT! I am new to Riyadh and speak little Arabic. EGC responded promptly and comes to me to service my cart or collect and deliver as needed. I could not more highly recommend their service...they always go the EXTRA mile. The name says it all! EXTRAORDINARY!
